Welcome to MojiShock! These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MojiShock mobile application. By downloading or using the application, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

1.1 Overview

MojiShock is a free mobile "endless runner" game with emoji puzzles. Players must identify the correct emoji among multiple choices to progress in the game.

1.3 Access to Service

MojiShock is available for free on the Google Play Store. An internet connection may be required for certain features (leaderboards, rewarded ads, synchronization).

2. User Account

2.1 Anonymous Authentication

MojiShock uses anonymous authentication. No account, email, or password is required to play. A unique identifier is automatically created on your device.

2.2 Username

To appear on leaderboards, you can set a username (2-15 characters). This username must:

• Not contain offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language
• Not impersonate another person
• Not contain advertising content

We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate username.

3. Game Economy

3.1 Virtual Currency (Coins)

MojiShock uses a virtual currency called "Coins" to purchase in-game power-ups. Coins can be obtained:

• By playing (based on your score)
• By watching rewarded ads (optional)
• Through daily login bonuses
• By leveling up

3.2 Coin Characteristics

• Coins have no real monetary value
• They cannot be exchanged for real money
• They cannot be transferred between players
• They may be lost if the application is uninstalled

3.3 Power-ups

Power-ups (Hint, Freeze, Shield, Revive) can be purchased with Coins. These purchases are final and non-refundable.

3.4 Anti-abuse Limits

To ensure fair gameplay, limits apply:

• Maximum coins per game: 350
• Maximum coins per day: 750
• Maximum stock per power-up: 5

4. Code of Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. Cheating: Use of third-party software, bots, hacks, mods, or any technique to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Score manipulation: Submitting fake scores or manipulating leaderboards by any means.
3. Bug exploitation: Intentional use of flaws or bugs to gain unintended advantages.
4. Reverse engineering: Decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to access the application's source code.
5. Service disruption: Any action intended to disrupt the operation of the game or servers.

4.1 Sanctions

In case of violation of these rules, we may:

• Remove your score from leaderboards
• Reset your progress and Coins
• Permanently ban you from the game

These sanctions may be applied without prior notice.

5. Advertisements

MojiShock is a free game funded by advertising. Two types of ads are displayed:

• Interstitial: Displayed between games based on frequency criteria.
• Rewarded: Optional, allowing you to earn Coins or continue after a Game Over.

Watching rewarded ads is always voluntary.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 FlutterMate Rights

All elements of MojiShock (code, design, sounds, music, text, logo, Zappy character) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to FlutterMate.

6.2 License to Use

FlutterMate grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MojiShock for personal and non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Emojis

The emojis displayed are native Android system emojis and are subject to Google/Unicode rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

MojiShock is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• The absence of errors or bugs
• Permanent availability of the service
• Compatibility with all devices

7.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for loss of progress, Coins, or data in case of:

• Application uninstallation
• Device change
• Technical issues

7.3 Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, FlutterMate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of MojiShock.

8. Modifications

8.1 Game Modifications

We may at any time:

• Modify, add, or remove features
• Adjust game balance (scores, rewards, difficulty)
• Discontinue the service

8.2 Terms Modifications

These Terms may be modified. Significant changes will be notified in the application. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using MojiShock at any time by uninstalling the application.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of Luxembourg.

If you reside in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of your country of residence's legislation.

11. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any clause is found invalid, the other clauses remain in force.
• Non-waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Entirety: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FlutterMate regarding MojiShock.
